| Appliance Services |
Installation, Removal/Replacement, Repairs - Mike can install virtually anything, and Mike can fix many brands and types of appliances. Mike has experience with washers, dryers, dishwashers, garbage disposers, ice-makers, pool pumps/filters, stoves, and water heaters. If Mike can't fix it, there will be no charge, and he can refer you to someone who can. Mike does not do freon/refrigerant work.

| Automotive Maintenance |
Mike does many types of routine automotive work -- oil changes, brake jobs, part replacement, etc. Mike maintains a fleet of different makes & year models from 1948 though 2004. In 2009, Mike did things like installing new rear wheel bearings on a Volvo XC90, putting a new radiator in a Ford Ranger pickup, putting new brake pads on a Volvo S70, installing a new battery and alternator on a Volvo 240.

| Cabinetry |
Mike has built many styles and types of cabinets, specializing in hardwood, painted-finish built-ins. Browse the Showroom for some examples.

| Carpentry |
Mike has experience with framing and finish carpentry. Mike can add/change/move walls, both load-bearing and non. Mike can add/change/move doors or windows. Mike can do custom baseboards, crown molding, and other trim work.

| Concrete |
Mike has done small foundation beams, pads for equipment, small floor areas, etc. Mike has worked with some concrete contractors for larger jobs.

| Electrical work |
Mike can install, repair, or replace lamps, ceiling fans, switches, fixtures, outlets, etc. While Mike is capable and experienced with electrical work, Mike is NOT a licensed electrician. Mike can and has worked with a licensed electrician for those jobs requiring building permits and inspections.

| Fences |
Mike has done a variety of fences, and can build you a new one, or repair/replace an old one. There's at least one example in the Showroom.

| Flooring |
Mike has experience installing tile floors and pre-finished wood floors. Mike has also done acid-staining of concrete slab floors.

| General Contracting |
From simply meeting your pesky cable guy, or working with service technicians, to coordinating kitchen, bathroom, or other re-modeling projects, Mike can help you get these things done.

| Masonry |
Mike can do new brick or stone work, or touch-up / repair of existing work.

| Painting |
Mike has done interior & exterior painting, can work with latex or oil-based paints, brush, spray, roll, etc. Mike paints.

| Plumbing |
Installation, Removal/Replacement of fixtures -- sinks, faucets, tubs, showers, toilets, water heaters. Mike can add or extend copper water lines, repair or replace old service lines, etc. While Mike is capable and experienced with plumbing work, Mike is NOT a licensed plumber. Mike can and has worked with a licensed plumber for those jobs requiring building permits and inspections.

Replacement of broken heads, repair of broken pipes, re-programming or replacement of control boxes, etc.
